The successful candidate will be responsible for deliveringdynamic and results-oriented design solutions that are consistent withTelenav’s business and brand strategies. As a member of our marketing team, youwill help craft the future of our brand. The ideal candidate is able to thinkstrategically and conceptually about a brand experience, and also crank outsome jaw-dropping design comps. You can confidently create and own the overalldesign for projects across diverse mediums. You can see the difference betweengood and great designs. You understand the value of collaboration and theimportance of teams. Our ideal candidate will INSPIRE, DIRECT, LEAD, andPLAN!! We are equally interested in how you think and approach problemsjust as much as the solutions and deliverables you produce. Your portfolio willdemonstrate the ability to produce cutting edge, creative, and exceptionaldesign work in the areas of narrative/conceptual and graphic/aesthetic. PositionResponsibilities:
·        Design marketing materials to promote our company’sservices and products to the existing user base as well as new customeracquisition initiatives. ·        Develop, design and provide final assets for onlinepromotions, web banners, email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages,registration pages etc. ·        Create and maintain design assets across web andmobile applications. ·        Collaborate in the development of new projectconcepts and campaigns across all company products and platforms. ·        Contribute to ongoing development of the brand'svisual identity. ·        Own the creative process from conception toproduction. ·        Ensure adherence to existing brand guidelines anddesign within the brand identity. ·        Brainstorm concepts and create visual prototypesvia story boards, mockups, or other prototyping tools and present design ideasto stakeholders ·        Know when to have pixel-perfect attention to detailand when to opt for low-fi design to optimize workflow and process ·        Advocate for branding and style consistency across allcommunication platforms Qualifications:
·        A strong professional portfolio that showcases apassion for creativity, usability and creating good user experiences throughclean, clear and cohesive designs. Experience creating and designing innovativeconcepts. ·        Understands the principles of typography,photography, iconography, illustration, color and design. ·        Extreme attention to detail - every pixel counts! ·        Expertise and thorough knowledge of leading designprograms including Adobe CS5; particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.·        Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Adobe Flash, MicrosoftOffice and video editing are highly desirable. ·        Proficiency with After Effects, Flash, PremierePro, and Final Cut would be advantageous. ·        Organized, particularly in your Photoshop files,layers, and sub-layers...you have no 'Layer 1' and nothing is ever called 'homepage - final'. ·        Understanding of the pre-press production process. ·        Happiest when working in an iterative,collaborative environment ·        Results and deadline driven: must be willing to dowhatever it takes and spend whatever time it takes to meet objectives. ·        Self-motivated individual who takes ownership ·        Project Management Experience ·        Consumer Products Brand Experience a must! ·        Design Background in Graphics or Web Development amust! ·        Must have a BS/ BA - Masters a Plus
